1. Order Confirmation  

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing, specifying product details, quantities, and delivery timelines.
  • A Proforma Invoice will be issued after order confirmation, outlining agreed-upon terms.

2. Payment Terms  

  • Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC), or any mutually agreed method.
  • 100% payment is required before shipment.
  • Buyers are responsible for all bank charges related to the payment.

3. Production Timeline  

  • Production timelines will be shared during order confirmation and vary based on product type and quantity.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters) will be communicated promptly.

4. Packaging  

  • All products are packed securely using export-grade materials to ensure they arrive safely.
  • Custom packaging requests are available but may include additional costs.

5. Shipping Methods  

We offer the following shipping options based on your preferences:  

  • Air Freight: For faster delivery of smaller shipments.
  • Sea Freight: For larger, cost-effective bulk orders.

The buyer is responsible for specifying the preferred shipping method at the time of order confirmation.  

6. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)  

  • FOB (Free on Board): We handle costs until the goods reach the departure port. Buyers manage shipping from there.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We handle shipping and insurance until the goods reach the destination port.
  • EXW (Ex-Works): Buyers pick up goods from our facility.

7. Documentation  

Each shipment includes:  

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading or Airway Bill
  • Certificate of Origin (if required)

Additional documents can be provided upon request.  

8. Insurance  

  • Under CIF terms, insurance is included.
  • For FOB or EXW terms, buyers must arrange insurance independently.

9. Customs Clearance  

  • Buyers are responsible for customs clearance, including paying duties and taxes at the destination port.
  • We will assist with any necessary customs documentation.

10. Returns and Claims  

  • Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, subject to mutual agreement.

11. Cancellation Policy  

  • Orders canceled after production has started may incur cancellation fees.
